1. Your player account

Use an email address you control and keep your password private. You must be legally able to agree to these terms; obtain parent or guardian permission where required. Do not impersonate another person or use someone else’s account. Contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.

2. Fair play

Do not cheat, exploit bugs for rewards, automate play to gain an unfair advantage, harass others, upload unlawful material, or attempt unauthorized access to accounts or services. Report problems instead of exploiting them. We may correct invalid scores or rewards and restrict accounts that violate these rules.

3. Melons, outfits, and capsules

Practice Melons, wardrobe medallions, outfits, and unlocks are virtual game items. They have no cash value and cannot be sold, transferred, cashed out, or redeemed for money. Real-money purchases are currently disabled; displayed future packs are not for sale.

Optional match stakes use only free Practice Melons. Match results determine the in-game payout. A wardrobe capsule uses one medallion for a random purchase unlock, not the outfit itself. The selected outfit is not guaranteed, duplicates are possible, and a duplicate currently awards five Melons. Review the machine’s displayed odds and rules before each pull. Character unlocks and outfit purchases are separate.

4. Game content

Marshmelon and its licensors retain rights to the game, branding, characters, artwork, and audio. You may use the game for personal entertainment and share your own gameplay recordings. This does not grant ownership of the underlying game assets or permission to sell or redistribute them separately.

5. Availability and changes

We work to keep the game available, but maintenance, device limitations, bugs, and network outages can interrupt play or saving. Features and game balance may change. Please report missing rewards or account issues so we can investigate. Material changes to these terms will be identified with an updated version and notice. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable law.

6. Account privacy

We use your email for account confirmation, recovery, and player support, not marketing. Supabase Auth handles passwords and sign-in. We store your player profile, match records, wardrobe, virtual balances, and signup agreement version and time to operate the game.

Your chosen player name or initials, avatar, and scores may appear to other players or on leaderboards. Your email is not displayed publicly; authorized administrators may access it to resolve account issues. Session cookies and browser storage keep you signed in and remember game preferences. Hosting, authentication, and email providers process information needed to deliver these services.

For access, correction, or deletion requests, contact us. We may need to verify account ownership and retain information required for security or applicable law.

7. Help and account closure

You can stop playing at any time. To report a problem, request account closure, or ask about these terms, email marshmeloncom@gmail.com. Never send your password.
